Great location and friendly staff
The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from major attractions, which made exploring the city so much easier. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast options were quite pricey, and I wish they offered more variety for the cost.

The lobby felt like a scene from a stylish downtown film, with decor that made me think I should have brought a beret and a baguette. The rooftop pool was an oasis, offering views that made every splash feel like a scene from a music video, and the clean rooms were more refreshing than a cold drink on a hot New Orleans day.

Location couldn't be better! The hotel is just a hop, skip, and a jump from the vibrant French Quarter—where the jazz flows like the Mississippi itself. The beds felt softer than a cloud, cradling me as gently as a New Orleans lullaby while I drifted off to sleep, dreaming of beignets.

Grab a bite at The Ruby Slipper Cafe for a to-die-for brunch, where the croissants are fresh and buttery! Plus, the location is on point for hitting up the wild streets of Bourbon. That corner room with a view? Simply jaw-dropping!
A bunch of elevator buttons were outta commission, and that minibar? Totally dodgy—charged me without even touching it! Parking’s a pain during Mardi Gras, and those food prices? They ain’t fitting for the flavor they serve up.
